Freedom of Information Requests (FOIA)
As provided through the Freedom of Information Act, all City of St Johns public records are available to the public except for information that is specifically described and exempt from disclosure by statute. To request a public record, you must submit a written request to the City Clerk specifying which records you are requesting and whether you would like to inspect the records or require copies. The Clerk then has five (5) business days in which to process your request and respond to let you know if your request is granted, denied, or granted in part. Fees and charges may be applicable.
