Utility Billing
Utility bills consist of water and sewer charges. The residential utilities are billed on a quarterly basis and are billed in arrears (City residents consume the water prior to being billed).
1st Quarter (Jan-Feb-Mar) is due May 22nd
2nd Quarter (Apr-May-June) is due Aug 22nd
3rd Quarter (July-Aug-Sept) is due Nov 22nd
4th Quarter (Oct-Nov-Dec) is due Feb 22nd
